On Tuesday, February 1, 2011, Michael came to my office to help me with problems I was encountering after my computer was upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. Several problems had been encountered by the young man I first hired who did the upgrade, and frankly, I was very nervous for fear that some programs/files (particularly those related to my QuickBooks files) were jeopardized in some way during the upgrade.
Michael did indeed find areas that needed to be corrected or tweaked, but by the time he finished, my computer was humming beautifully, and all programs/files, etc. were where they were supposed to be and all data had been transferred successfully. It was a huge, huge relief for me.
By the way, the “storm of the century” began in earnest early that afternoon. I was very concerned about Michael having to drive back home in the snowstorm and urged him to leave. But, he would not hear of it; kept assuring me that there was absolutely no problem, and that he wanted to make sure that my computer was working perfectly and that all my concerns were resolved.
Michael is a very valuable representative of Common Sense Solutions. I applaud him!

Beth just walked me through our upgrade, and I wanted you to know what a valuable contact she is for Work Zone Safety. We had one minor issue finding the drive on which the Data Directory sits, but she cleared that up very quickly, and made sure all the steps were completed, and programs working.
I know that you would expect no less, but as a customer, I’m always impressed with great customer service, and Beth just exemplifies it. I know not everyone is good at it, and I appreciate her help tremendously. I wanted to be sure YOU know how good she is.
